Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at {email address}, and then proceed to send the item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping/Postage Returns
