Returns & Cancellations
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase; if it is damaged or incorrect we accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend an Express Shipping method, or courier with Tracking.
Each historical map print ordered here is custom made to order. Because of the nature of these items – as per EU and Scottish law – unless a print should arrive damaged or incorrect, I can’t accept returns. Each print is custom made. It is bespoke, made for you to your exact requirements. Please take time to study the photographs accompanying each page which aim to clearly show the item you will receive. Should this not be the case, if you feel there is a problem do not hesitate to contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalised orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Framed items are considered personalised as each frame is custom made. Should your item arrive damaged or incorrect in some way we will obviously do what we can to fix the problem. All items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for store credit only for up to 14 working days after items are received/delivered.
Items that are eligible for returns must be unused and in original condition. Kindly include your email confirmation or receipt with your return. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the price of shipping and cost of return shipping. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@blaeuprints.com for further return details. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival as claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.
