We’ll do our best to meet the shipping estimates quoted below, but we can’t guarantee them. Shipping is fully insured to the value of your purchases and includes tracking where possible. Priority shipping always includes worldwide door-to-door tracking of your order.

Processing time

All prints are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Framed orders require a little more time, are dispatched within 5-7 working days. Should you require your historical map print for a guaranteed time and date contact us and we will calculate an alternative courier shipping method for you. Priority delivery times stated are not guaranteed.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns & Cancellations

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend an Express Shipping method, or courier with Tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalised orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for store credit only for up to 14 working days after items are received/delivered.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Kindly include your email confirmation or receipt with your return. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the price of shipping and cost of return shipping. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@blaeuprints.com for further return details. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival as claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please email Customer Service for any repairs and send back in a secure package, with tracking.
